4 Ingredients: Madagascar Chicken

We love this little 4 ingredient recipe not only because it’s tasty, but because it’s so simple and affordable to prepare. And did we mention only 4 ingredients?! In fact, you probably already have half of them in your kitchen: chicken stock and chicken. You can even substitute shrimp if you prefer. The other two ingredients, curry blocks and coconut milk, are non-perishable items, so we just keep them in our pantry for when the mood strikes! Give it a try, and let us know how you like it!

I made Maagascar Chicken for dinner on Friday night. As you know, I’m not known for my cooking skills (LOL). The family was surprised…that I made such a tasty dinner. I had to give away my secret…it was from THE DADS!!! This is my new favorite website.

Please take this idea to your admin staff— I will give you a budget to “makeover” my condo. I think viewers would enjoy seeing how good design can take a non-descript, architecturally devoid space and make it inviting & warm…. On a limited budget. Xoxo

This recipe looks simple enough even for me! Just might try it with shrimp over TG weekend. My kids like curry. Where do you find the curry block? Xoxo
