We LOVE this Easy Fish Dish: Orange Roughy!

To us, Friday is the perfect day for a nice, healthy fish dish. We love this recipe because it is simple to make and only involves a few ingredients. Orange Roughy is a mild white fish, so if your local fishmonger doesn’t have any in stock, you can substitute it for a similar fish in this recipe. Enjoy!

  1. Thank you soooo much for this delicious recipe. I was cooking for my date for the first time and wanted to keep it simple and easy. And it was – I put asparagus and fish in the oven at the same time (different pans) and in 10 min. they were done – to perfection. For my fish I used Swai, which is also a delicate white fish. The lovely juices in the pan from the fish I spooned over rice and the fish.
Wonderful – can’t wait to do this again. And it’s not even a 30 min. meal – more like 15 min., quick and easy. Love you guys….

  2. I made the Orange Roughy last night. It was DELICIOUS and EASY, just like you said. I had to cook it a little longer (higher altitude in Denver). My family was nervous about me preparing this meal, because I’m known for my bland overcooked fish. But they were pleasantly surprised !!! Thanks, and keep those recipes coming!!

  3. Lucy’s gonna make some orange roughy this weekend. We’ll let you know how it turns out. We love your blogs and video. But Harris your so serious. How come no laughs and jokes! We miss you guys. Talk at ya later.
