Perfect Scrambled Egg!

Celebrity chef, Wolfgang Puck, judges his chefs by how they cook an egg. In fact, when Chef Puck judged “Top Chef”, he challenged the contestants to do just that. A great scrambled egg is so versatile. At H&D, we like to add smoked salmon, matzoh, or a good cheese like Gruyere or Gouda, but never milk or water! Let the air make your eggs fluffy. Also, you might notice that Harris doesn’t season his eggs during the cooking process, as he prefers to let his guests season to their preference. But feel free to add seasoning before serving if you wish. It’s your dish!
