Julie, we’ll get the recipe up tomorrow. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Let us know how it turns out for you and maybe share a pic.
I like your blog and recipes. I want to make the White Choc Macadamia nut pie. I watched the video but there is no written recipe. Can you clarify the temp and cooking time adjustments?
I just posted the recipe for you. Enjoy!
Thank you for the great question! While we aren’t nutritionists, how does Lemon Chicken with mushrooms and sweet onion and garlic service with wilted spinach and roasted sweet potatoes sound. Or, how about oven roasted Salmon with roasted butternut squash with brown rice with herbs sound? All would be delicious and easy to keep the sodium level down. Have a great Thanksgiving! -Harris
Hello Dad’s. This is a fantastic blog. Lots of great information.
I do have a specific question. As a person who very recently had heart bypass surgery, I am thinking about what in the heck will I be able to eat this holiday season. I need to keep the sodium levels very low, the fat way down. Might you have some heart healthy recipes?
And again, great blog….keep up the good work.
