    Harris, as you already know, I made this recipe with one slight adjustment. I couldn’t find a small enough rib roast for the two of us so I used a New York Strip Roast. I was leary as to how it would come out having never made one of these before but it was absolutely tender and delicious. Barry loved it. Good stuff here. Thanks again for the recipe.
